At Canada Goose Generations, we are committed to extending the lifecycle of our products; therefore, all pre-owned items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery provided they remain in their sold condition with all original tags attached. Please note that a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund to support our circularity efforts.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring the Generations authentication tag remains securely attached to each garment.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
